By offering the services of PayPal, Stitcher's Place has provided you with a safer, easier, and more convenient way to pay online, without exposing your credit card numbers to the merchant.
For your ordering convenience, please find the payment options we offer listed below. Please also note, all prices are in Canadian dollars, and are subject to change without notice.
Online Options:
Through PayPal one of two ways,
1. By submitting your credit card information directly to PayPal on their secure website, utilizing state of the art SSL encryption (secure socket layer). Your credit card information remains private and cannot be seen by the vendor.
2. Through your PayPal account which you can set up directly with PayPal at www.PayPal.com. This will enable you to pay with VISA, Mastercard, Amex, or directly from your bank account.
Phoning In Your Order:
If you wish to place your order by phone, you can leave a message for The Stitcher's Place by calling us Toll Free at: 1-888-468-4331, or local to Cambridge, Ontario, Canada at: 519-650-2210. Please leave us a message including your name and telephone number, and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Faxing In Your Order:
You can fax The Stitcher's Place with your credit card information, and we will process your transaction manually from our end. Once we have received your order, we will call or email you within 1 - 2 business days to confirm your information. We maintain your privacy by disposing of your credit card or banking information in a secure manner immediately following every transaction.Fax orders: 1-519-622-2890.
Traditional Mailing In Your Order:
Please feel free to mail us a personal cheque or money order to our secure post office box at The Stitcher's Place 425 Hespeler Road, Suite #360 Cambridge, Ontario, CANADA N1R 8J6. Please make your cheque or money order payable to "The Stitcher's Place", along with the details of your order and your mailing address.
Money orders or certified cheques will be processed immediately upon receipt, and all in stock items will be shipped within 2 -3 business days thereafter. Uncertified cheques will be held until cleared by our bank (approx. 5-7 banking days), and all in stock items will be shipped immediately thereafter.
Emailing In Your Order Request:
Please do not transmit any Credit Card or Banking Information by way of email. Email is not a secure medium for those kinds of transactions.
The email method is available for those of you who prefer not to send your Credit Card information over the internet, but would still like to submit your order electronically.
Please send your email directly to me at wilma@stitchersplace.com. I will contact you by telephone within 1 - 2 business days to obtain your Credit Card information, and confirm your order.
